We design and manufacture tubes for the heat exchangers market that fully meet the requirements in terms of price, delivery and specifications.

Our heat exchanger tubes are used for the cooling, heating or re-heating of fluids, gases, or air in a wide range of industries, such as chemical processing, hydro carbon processing and oil refining, nuclear power generation and aerospace.

 

TINSI-STEEL heat exchanger tube can be purchased as seamless,welded or welded redrawn tubes in the following materials:

Austenitic stainless steels    ASTM A213 /ASTM A269

Nickel alloys   ASTM B516

Duplex        ASTM A789/ASTM A269

Super Duplex  ASTM A789/ASTM A269

Super Alloys   ASTM B516

 

These high performance tubes are available at dimensions between 12.70 mm and 38.10mm OD, which covers the majority of the standard sizes used. However, Fine Tubes also specializes in the development and production of small diameter thin wall tubing associated with applications in the aerospace and nuclear industries. TINSI-STEEL minimum size of seamless tubes and pipe is 3mm OD  with a 0.3mm wall thickness ; welded tubes and pipe is 0.98mm OD with a 0.04mm wall thickness.

TINSI heat exchange tubes can be supplied in straight lengths up to 20m. Completed packages of U-bent and C-formed tubes can be supplied ready to be installed in the tube sheet of shell and tube heat exchanges.

Heat Treatment and Solution Annealing / Bright Annealing

Cutting to required length and deburring;

Chemical Composition Analysis Test With 100% PMI and One tube from each heat by Direct Reading Spectrometer

100% Hydrostatic Test and 100% Eddy Current Test

Ultrasonic Test subject to the MPS (Material Purchase Specification)

Mechanical Tests includes Tension Test, Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Hardness Test

Impact Test subject to Standard request

Grain Size Test and Intergranular Corrosion Test

Ultrasoic measuring of Wall Thickness

Heat Exchange tube Applications

Heat exchange tube is a device used to transfer heat between a solid object and a fluid, or between two or more fluids in different temperature, transfer heating from higher temperature fluid to lower temperature object to make fluid temperature to specified requirement, for stainless steel grades, there are shell and tube heat exchanger, plate heat exchangers, plate and shell heat exchange and other heat exchange, tube heat exchange consists of a number of tubes inside bundle and sheet, widely used in many industries.
