Characteristic Of ASTM B163 B407,ASME SB163 SB407,UNS N08811 EN 10216-5 1.4959 Nickel Alloy Seamless Tube Pipe Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tubing  is an austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy as below:

ASTM B163 B407 ASME SB163 SB407 N08811 Nickel Alloy Seamless Tubes Pipes Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tubing can be used at temperatures up to about 1100°C (2010°F). In order to have the best ductility, it should be used above 700°C (1290°F).
800H is face-centered cubic lattice structure. very low carbon centent and increased Ti:C rate,improve the stability of the structure, anti-allergy , and anti-intergranular corrosion. Low temperature annealing of 950℃ ensure the fine grain structure.

Corrosion Resistance Of ASTM B163 B407 ASME SB163 SB407 N08811 Nickel Alloy Seamless Tubes Pipes Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tubing:
800H can not be corroded in many kinds of media. Its high nickel content made it have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the water corrosion condition.High Chromium content made it can better resist pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. This alloy can resist nitric acid and organic acid corrosion, but it is not so fine in the sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.
UNS N08811 not only good corrosion resistance in both oxidation resistance and non-oxidizing salt, maybe a little pitting in halide, but also very good corrosion resistance property in the mixture of water,smoke, steam,air and carbon dioxide.
